We are a full service medical practice that brings the doctor’s office to you. We are equipped to treat!

As your Primary Care Provider Service, you will receive high quality personalized medical services without leaving the comfort of your home. Our provider team is comprised of state-licensed nurse practitioners with experience in family medicine. Our goal is to deliver personalized care to any individual who request and qualify for these services. The vast majority of our patients are seniors. However, our services are available to all patients that may qualify

We also provide traditional medical services available to non-homebound patients as well. Services provided are for individuals 12 yrs of age and older. We are accepting New Patients.

Our Mission:

Lack of access to health care providers in the United States is a massive, growing problem. The average wait time to see a physician/APN is two to three weeks. More than half of patients with chronic health issues go without treatment, and frequently visit local hospital emergency room departments.  Healing At Home’s mission is to provide primary care to those who are homebound, elderly, disabled, insured and any individual over the age of twelve in need of health care.

Our services are designed to ensure everyone has access to affordable healthcare.  Healing At Home was created to deliver services our homebound, seniors and disabled person’s. Our mission is to ensure every person is able to obtain regular visits from a primary provider. Our goal is to eliminate the difficulties associated with traveling to the doctor’s office; whether it’s coordinating a ride with a family member, public transit, or driving yourself. We will come to you and assess, evaluate, diagnose and prescribe any medications required to treat your condition while delivering compassionate medical care in the home, utilizing a holistic approach to patient care.
